Waste to Energy
Waste to Energy

Innovation with purpose

Innovation drives everything we do, shaping the way we manage waste and find value in materials that would otherwise be discarded. We are New Zealand's largest recycler of fibre, and we turn landfill gas into renewable energy that powers more than 2,000 Kiwi homes.

Our purpose-built wood processing facility transforms timber waste into biofuel, helping reduce CO₂ emissions, while our recycling and resource recovery initiatives help customers lower their environmental impact.

Every year, we keep over 350,000 tonnes out of landfill, proving that yesterday’s waste can power tomorrow’s progress.

Giving Back

Supporting the communities we serve has always been an important part of who we are. It's one of the things that sets us apart.

That support takes many forms. We work with local schools to deliver hands-on waste education, back projects that turn organic waste into real opportunities, and get behind local events, clubs, and charities.

Our locally based teams are part of the communities they call home, and we're proud to give back to the people and places that support us.
